  • Thermal (oil immersed) Heater provides uniform temperature
  • Rewind station with heavy duty clutch for take-up of aqueous & lower g/m² substrate for thermal / aqueous lamination.

BUSTER (SEPARATOR) :

  • Dual advantage of sheeting in-line & off-line
  • Pneumatically controlled in-feed nip rollers for precision sheeting (Air Compressor supplied)
  • Synchronized single drive for thermal in-line sheeting
  • Independent AC drive with helical speed reducer for off-line sheeting
  • Sheet counter with DRO reception/collection unit, in-lieu of stacker
